Section 3 - Configuration
General
Settings
This section describes how to configure advanced settings, click the Settings button shown on page 25.
Device Name:

Wizard:
Allows you to use a name in place of the PC-on-TV
device number. The Device Name is optional and
can be up to 4 alphanumeric characters in length.
Configures the PC-on-TV device to display
an access code on the television. To enable a
connection to the PC-on-TV device, this code
must be entered when the PC-on-TV application
prompts you for the access code. The Access Code
insures that anyone attempting to connect to the
PC-on-TV device is physically in the same location
as the television or home theater projector.
Click the Apply button to save the Device Name
settings.
The Wizard button activates the Installation
Wizard.
Device Settings
The Device Settings dialog allows the User to change the Device Name or enable an access code. If you check the Enable
Access Code option, you will be required to enter the access code displayed on your television in order to connect. The
PC-on-TV device will reboot, and a randomly generated access code will appear on your television.
