Manual Eject hole
Only use this if no other
method is available for

Disc tray
The tray is used to
hold the disc. It slides
out from the drive unit
when a disc needs to
be loaded or
unloaded. (P. 20)
Headphone jack
You can connect
stereo headphones
to this stereo mini
jack and listen to
audio CDs loaded
in the drive.
Headphone
volume control
Adjust this control
to set a suitable
volume level when
listening to an
audio CD using the
headphone jack.
Slide the knob to
the left to decrease
the volume and to
the right to
increase it.
ON/DISC LED
This LED is orange
when the drive is
powered on, and
green when the
drive contains a
disc. (P. 29)
READ/WRITE LED
This LED is green
when data is being
read off a disc, and
orange when data is
being written. It
flashes on and off
intermittently when the
disc is being
accessed. (P. 29)
Eject button
Press this button
when you need to
unload a disc.
Remove the disc
after the tray has

POWER switch
